INTEGRA Staff Completes Axon Video Analysis Certification
Over the last several years, video evidence in highway crashes, workplace accidents, and other mishaps has become almost ubiquitous. Consumer-marketed technology like the Garmin Virb to high-end video telematics systems like the Lytx DriveCam are increasingly common on the highway while an ever-growing number of businesses and state agencies are monitoring stationary cameras.
INTEGRA partners William Messerschmidt and Benjamin Smith have been certified iNPUT-ACE users for four years. Earlier this year, iNPUT-ACE was purchased by Axon and launched a new, three-level certification program for video analysts.
INTEGRA team members Madelyn Hudson and Brian Ramos immediately enrolled in and completed all three levels of Axon video analyst certifications. This Fall, four more INTEGRA team members completed all three levels of certification: William Messerschmidt (recertification from iNPUT-ACE), Jerry Key, Gary Corey, and Greg Hatcher. INTEGRA partners Benjamin Smith and Olivia Normand completed two levels of certification and are scheduled to complete the final certification level early this Spring.
We believe that modern accident and mishap investigations require a basic level of video knowledge and understanding and have contracted with Axon to provide INTEGRA with up-to-date training and software for years to come.
