Motor Carrier Compliance Consultant

 Jason Guthrie began his career as a State Trooper Cadet, rising through the ranks of Highway Patrol and Motor Carrier Enforcement to become Alabama’s statewide training coordinator in the Motor Carrier Enforcement Division.  

In his role as a State Trooper Sergeant, Jason also served as Alabama’s State-wide ELD expert, and provided expert advisory support and guidance to the Motor Carrier Assistance Program (MCSAP), Commercial Driver’s License Program (CDL), Performance and Registration Information System Management (PRISM), the New Entrant Program, and Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks (CVISN). 

Jason has trained and certified hundreds of State Troopers, State Police, and local Law Enforcement Officers in the CVSA’s North American Standard Inspections.  In addition to his work with INTEGRA, Jason owns J. Guthrie Consultants, where he provides proactive safety and compliance assistance to motor carriers, as well as Lumar Transportation, a flatbed and dry van operation specializing in the safe transportation and delivery of steel coils.

Jason has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 20+ years and they have three children, Presley, Marley, and Lucas. When not working he likes to spend time with his family and traveling.
